1. Make a paste (Mix flour with water to make a paste)
2. Take a strip and begin by folding using diagram below
3. Begin by folding CB then CD if you hold point E between forefingers and thumb you will have formed a triangular Cone shaped pocket
4. Fill cone with 1 tbls of filling (beef/vegetable)
5. Fold cone at EF, the FG, then GH till you reach the end of the pur
6. Paste down end.
Note: Ensure that corners have no openings to prevent oil from seeping into mixture when frying

Keep frozen Until Ready to Use
FRYING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Deep fry frozen samoosas in oil on medium heat
2. Keep turning in heated oil – after two minutes lower heat
3. Fry slowly until samoosas look a rich biscuit color
4. Remove from oil and drain on a kitchen paper towel or colander
5. Serve hot with a slice of lemon or Chillie sauce
