DESIGN ASSISTANT (NYC)
Entry level position for a well rounded designer interested in the events industry. This is a broad role which serves many aspects of our business through design. Responsibilities include assisting the Design Team with event-related design, creating web and social media content with direction of the Design Team, developing marketing materials, and creating speaking engagement presentations.
Reports to: Creative Director and Design Associate
Key Job Activities:
- Graphic Design – logos, monograms, invitations
- Spacial design – floor plans, furniture selection
- Mood Boards
Web/Social Media Content:
- Image selection, editing & resizing
- Website monthly design changes
- Social media content – videos, images
- Email Blasts
- Speaking engagements
- Marketing decks
- Marketing Materials
- Premier Pro (preferred)
