Jocelyn Greenky Herz

For more than 20 years, Jocelyn Greenky Herz has enjoyed a successful career as a senior executive that has spanned stops at Philip Morris, Wenner Media (publisher of Rolling Stone, US, Men's Journal) and Hachette Filipacchi (publisher of Elle, George, Road & Track, Car and Driver, Premiere, Woman's Day, Metropolitan Home, Eating Well, Boating, Flying, Mirabella, and Popular Photography). These positions offered Ms. Greenky Herz the opportunity to oversee a diverse range of initiatives, from the launch of 20+ national brands on the World Wide Web to producing national television, radio shows, and event marketing programs that have reached over 10 million people.

With a diverse scope of experience under her belt, Ms. Greenky Herz launched Sider Road Media in 2000. To this day, her consulting firm provides leadership and direction to international entertainment companies for all aspects of growth, including creative execution, business development, marketing, branding and broadcast, and Internet production. Her clients include Colin Cowie Lifestyle, HBO, Sigmax Entertainment, Burnham Securities, and Publicis Advertising.

After providing her experience and expertise to the corporate world, Ms. Greenky Herz set out to share her workplace know-how with young women seeking to advance their careers—and themselves. In 2004, Simon & Schuster published her first book, The Big Sister's Guide to The World of Work: The Inside Rules that Every Working Girl Should Know.

Ms. Greenky Herz has become the go-to guru for all sorts of advice, both in and out of the workplace. She has served as an on-air host for New York City’s Metro Channel and has been a contributing writer and advice columnist for Hamptons and Gotham magazines, as well as the Boca Raton Observer. She has appeared on numerous television and radio shows and is a sought-after speaker at universities, corporations, and women's organizations around the country. She is currently an AOL Coach focusing on careers and a mentor within the national Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program.

Ms. Greenky is a graduate of Syracuse University. She lives in New York with her husband and two children.
