| Julie SkarrattJulie Skarratt left Australia in 1980 to pursue her modeling career in Japan and Europe. She finally settled in NY in 1983 where she worked with the Ford Modeling Agency for 10 years. In 1994 she started assisting photographers and in 1995 she photographed her first wedding that was published in Town and Country magazine. Since that time she has traveled extensively for weddings, corporate and non profit organizations as well as magazine assignments. She has been published in Town and Country, Instyle, Martha Stewart, People, the New York Times, Grace Ormonde Weddings, Brides, Modern BrideVogue, and Tatler.
Her book Weddings, the Spirit of Celebration was published in 1997 by City of Light Editions. She is currently working on a collaboration with Jazz at Lincoln Center and Winton Marsalis.
