Cynthia Bach

I met Cynthia Bach many years ago in Los Angeles. In fact, another fabulous friend, Kim Light, made the introduction. We clicked immediately. I’ve always been a lover of jewelry, designed pieces as well as stones and gems, and when Cynthia showed me her work, I was, at the very least, quite impressed. Cynthia’s work has a definite signature style. Her icon is a bejeweled crown that she designs as rings, charms, earrings, and bracelets. You may have seen her jewelry at Neiman Marcus, and you may even have met her when she travels the country. She’s a definite talent, and her work is exquisite. I recall catching up with her after she had just returned from an auction where she purchased a strand of the most dazzling emeralds I’d ever seen. Her excitement was contagious, her mind spinning with ideas. Each stone had a place in a piece of jewelry she was ready to create. She could hardly contain herself and couldn’t wait to get back to her studio and get to work. Her passion for beautiful things and love of fine jewelry is reflected in every piece of Cynthia Bach jewelry.

Tips from Cynthia.

  • Buy 18K gold instead of 14K, it's richer in color and a better value.
  • Buy signed designer jewelry instead of generic, it's more prestigious, personal, distinctive, and has better lasting value.
  • When accessorizing with jewelry either wear large earrings for a focus, or make the necklace a focus, not both together.
  • Keep diamond jewelry clean by soaking in ammonia, dish soap, and hot water in a bowl. Rinse and dip in rubbing alcohol to evaporate water spots.
  • To create your own personal style with confidence, let jewelry accessorize your wardrobe and make your outfit interesting.
