Ingredients- 10 roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 10 basil leaves, julienned
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 10 baguette slices, toasted or grilled
Instructions1. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, basil, rosemary, onion, garlic, and oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
2. Toast slices of baguette and top with a teaspoon of tomato mixture.
