Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup peeled, cored and chopped Granny Smith apple
- 1 cup finely chopped fennel bulb
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil and butter. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Form the mixture into 3-inch patties by hand.
2. Heat the oil and butter together in a pan over medium heat. Fry until golden on both sides and drain on paper towels.
