Ingredients- 2 baguettes of crusty bread, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 16 ounces feta cheese, sliced thinly
- 8 roma tomatoes, sliced thinly
- 1 red onion, sliced thinly
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 24 pieces of basil
Instructions1. In a broiler, toast the baguette slices until golden in color.
2. On each slice place a layer of feta, tomato, and red onion, then drizzle with olive oil.
3. Top with a piece of basil and serve.
