Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh
- 1 tablespoon sliced fresh mint
- Pulp from 3 passion fruits
- 2 kiwi, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 mango, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup strawberry halves
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Instructions1. In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and stir in the tarragon and mint. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the passion fruit pulp, kiwi, papaya, pineapple, mango, orange, strawberries and raspberries. Pour the cooled syrup over the fruit and toss to combine thoroughly.
