Ingredients- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 5 tablespoons, from 2 medium lemons)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions1. Place the mustard and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and pulse until well mixed.
2. Gradually add the oil while processing until the mixture emulsifies. Season with salt and pepper.
