Ingredients- 3 large grapefruits
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
Instructions1. Working over a bowl to catch the juices, peel the grapefruits and with a serrated blade cut between the membranes to remove the sections. Set the juice and sections aside separately.
2. Combine the sugar and the water in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sugar just starts to caramelize. Pour in the grapefruit juice and the Grand Marnier and stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour the liquid over the grapefruit segments and set aside to cool. Serve cold with lemon sorbet.
