with Light Vinaigrette
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients- 1 head butter lettuce, rinsed and dried, outer leaves discarded
- 1 head radicchio lettuce, rinsed and dried
- 1 cup whole basil leaves
- Light Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons grated imported Parmesan cheese
Instructions1. Tear the butter lettuce and radicchio into bite-sized pieces. Combine with the basil in a large bowl. Chill.
2. To serve, pour on the Light Vinaigrette to coat the leaves, sprinkle with the Parmesan and toss gently.
