A wonderful Indian lady friend of mine from South Africa named Audrey Peters prepares the most delicious curried ground lamb samoosas you’ve ever tasted. Samoosas are a light pastry filled meats or vegetables and served with a room temperature chili sauce. Amongst friends, double dipping is allowed. Her recipe is below, but even better, she’ll fed ex them to you along with the chili sauce. Her number is (410) 945-2945.
Ingredients- Marking of the Pur (the pastry)
