Ingredients- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tabelspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 teaspoon minced shallot
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
InstructionsIn a metal bowl, combine the vinegars and mustard, whisking lightly to combine. Slowly whisk in the oil. Stir in the chives and shallot and season to taste with salt and pepper.
