One of the true highlights of our client journey is the tasting. This is where menus come to life and wines, champagnes, and cocktails are thoughtfully paired to perfection.🍷✨

While it may be Dry January, I can’t help but think about the other eleven months—filled with tastings that often last three hours, sometimes unfolding over two or three days back-to-back. Sometimes we get it right on the first pour; other times, we revisit it again and again until the vintage, varietal, and moment align flawlessly. Having done this for 40 years, I wonder what my total consumption has been…

Looking forward to many more of these delicious, detail-driven experiences in the months ahead.

This sugar-coated Christmas party at Central Park Tower was a sweet way to wrap up our year. Guests followed a candy-cane carpet into a world of holiday magic— complete with a Christmas tree of confections, a peppermint-swirled dance floor, live band karaoke with Blair Reinhard Band, and endless flutes of champagne. The star of the show was the custom 8-foot ice bar inspired by vintage soda fountains (and packed with a few gallons of peppermints!) Every detail sparkled in red and white, right down to the final confetti drop🎉 Wishing you a very sweet and very merry Christmas!

For our Christmas party, I leaned into the palette of the season—lime, pistachio, and olive green—with sculptural spheres in mixed finishes and fresh green orchids tucked into the tree for a touch of glamour.

The menu was effortless and abundant: caviar, smoked salmon, cheeses, charcuterie, dips and spreads—plus my signature family sausage rolls, passed hot from the oven. 🥂
Copious pours of Krug Champagne and IWA Sake flowed while guests enjoyed a holiday set by my friend DJ Coleman.
