Spring cocktail party prep starts the week before… because effortless is never accidental. 💫
Confirm menu and food orders a week in advance. Flowers styled the day before, select all serving pieces and style the table, confirm all guests and staff. 3 Hours before, chill wine and champagne covered in ice up to the neck, review menu and service with bartenders, waiters and kitchen staff. And always plenty of ice ready for guests - there is nothing worse than running out of ice [or anything for that matter] at a party! An hour before guest arrival, light all candles, dim the lights, check the powder rooms, take a shower, look fabulous and pour yourself a well deserved cocktail. And then it`s SHOWTIME! 🥂
